Sunday Activities
King's Cubs (4-6yo)
This group is for those in reception, year 1 and year 2, it is held in the Cumberland room (funny shaped room next to the lounge).
We start with a drink and a biscuit, so we are fuelled up ready for the session! We are doing an overview of the Bible. In this group we want to introduce the Bible in a fun way through play, games and craft.
We love worshipping, dancing and praying together too. We’re also passionate about creating a caring and fun family environment where we have lots of fun and where great friendships grow.
King's Lions (7-11yo)
This group is for those in years 3 to year 6 and it is held in the lounge. We start with a drink and a biscuit so we are fuelled up ready for the session!
We are doing an overview of the Bible. In this group we want to give them a real foundation in their Bible knowledge and faith. We learn about the Bible through fun and engaging ways, through stories, games, arts and craft, videos and lego to name a few!
We love worshipping and dancing together too. We’re also passionate about creating a caring and fun family environment where we share news, pray for each other, and where great friendships grow.
Sunday Tots
King's Tots (0-3yo)
This group is for pre-school children (or for anyone who doesn’t feel quite ready for the big kids group yet). This group is held in our creche where we have plenty of toys, soft play, dress up, art and a small outside play area.
We start the session off with some fruit snacks and a drink (we’re a lot healthier than the other groups!) We love to learn about God through singing songs, reading stories and getting arty and crafty!
There’s also lots of time for us to play and to make friends. Parents/carers are welcome to stay or you can drop your little ones off here.
Thursday Tots
King's Toddlers
Thursdays 10-11:30am
King’s Toddlers is a welcoming and friendly group for children, age four and under, and their grown-ups.
We gather at the King’s Centre every Thursday for a morning packed with free play, cooking, crafts, games, music, singing and short Bible stories. Led by a team of friendly volunteers who provide all the activities, along with snacks for the children and hot drinks for the grown-ups.
Come and share some fun time together and get to know other families in our community. We would love for you to join us, so please use the simple booking form to secure your free place. New bookings open each Monday morning for that week.
